Why frozen is better

Our products come from only choice selected farms for quality and freshness. All our products are flash frozen within 24 hrs of being picked from the field. This preserves the peppers at the peak of their freshness. Fresh products usually have a shelf life of 2-3 days before the vital nutrients in the product begin to break down. Studies have shown, after several more days on supermarket shelves, more than half of the nutrients have disappeared reducing their quality and value to you.
